The Winter Arc Challenge kicks off from October till January, to achieve significant personal growth and transformation during the winter season, here are the top 10 rules to become great in these days.
- Set Goal: Set a clear goal before starting the challenge, choose one primary objective to focus on for the entire 90 days.
- Strict Schedule: Create a strict schedule to achieve your goals, plan your days, and try to complete each plan every day during the challenge.
- Eliminate Distractions: Eliminates all the distractions that don’t contribute to your life, especially mobile phones, and disappear from social media until 90 days.
- Record your Plans: Track your progress daily or weekly and stay motivated by sharing your journey of each day with your family & friends.
- Eat Healthy: Keep away junk foods from yourself, and eat healthy foods like fruits, green vegetables, etc.
- Do Activities: Keep daily workout at least two times a day i.e. morning & evening, engaging in activities that add value to your life and align with your goals.
- Skip Social Events: Say no to the unnecessary things that can affect the goals, you want to achieve during the Winter Arc.
- Stay Disciplined: Follow your daily schedule strictly which makes every step closer to your goal.
- Sleep Properly: Get at least 6-8 hours of sleep daily.

- Start your day with a cold shower or walk in the cold morning.
- Train yourself outdoors with no excuses, snow, cold & winds toughen you but you have not to give up.
- Do Chest & Triceps exercises such as Bench Press (4 Sets), Chest Flyes (3 Sets), and Tricep Dip & Pushdown (3 Sets).
- Do Back and Biceps exercises such as Deadlifts (4 Sets), Pull-Ups (3 Sets), and Bicep & Hammer Curls (3 Sets).
- Do Squats/ Leg Press/ Leg Curls (3 Sets).
- Do Overhead Press/ Lateral & Front Raises (3 Sets).
- Do Pull-Ups, Bench Press, Deadlifts, etc.
