Age Limits for APSC Stenographer Recruitment 2024
The candidates should be not less than 21 years of age and not more than 38 years of age and this age limit should be as on 01/01/2024. The age limit for candidates belonging to reserved categories will be adjusted to allow for more flexibility as per the Government of India guidelines.
The age limit of candidates will be based on the Class X/XII examination admit card issued by a recognized State Board/ Central Board.

Selection Process for APSC Stenographer Recruitment 2024
The Selection Process for APSC Stenographer Recruitment 2024 will be based on the scheme of selection of candidates for recruitment to the post of Stenographer Grade-II will comprise of the following two parts:
- Stenographer Proficiency Test
- Objective Type Written Test
The candidates will be required to appear in the Stenography Proficiency Test at 100 wpm in English and 90 wpm in Languages (Assamese, Bengali, and Hindi).
