Eligibility Conditions (Deputation with short-term contract/Absorption)
The officers of Central/State Government or Urban territories or Universities recognized research Institutes, Public Sector Undertakings, or Statutory or autonomous organizations are eligible if they fulfill any criteria mentioned below:
(a)
- (i) The applicants must hold analogous posts regularly in the parent cadre/ department.
- (ii) The applicants should have completed six years of service in the grade rendered after the appointment in the pay matrix of Level-5 (regular basis) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.
(b)
- The applicants must have completed the following education qualifications and experience mentioned below.

The maximum age limit for appointment of applicants on a Technical Assistant post by deputation (ISTC) shall not exceed more than 56 years of age as of the closing date of receipt of applications.
